TREXPLAST is very dedicated to Transform Recycle and Export our Plastic shoes products, to the markets as the Best quality and very Best price money can buy.

TREXPLAST started in 2007, in the Mold Making Business for PVC Shoes in Abidjan , Cote Divoire . After two hard and difficult years that put our name on the business, there, as a reference in making good molds for all our clients within a very short time to deliver the molds, to very demanding and very meticulous clients ,the time came when we decided to move into the production of the PV C slippers our selves and make the business move to another level .

SO ,the decision was to relocate and move to Guinea, Conakry, West Africa at the beginning of the 2010.
According to our plan we closed down Our Sight In Abidjan and in DECEMBER 2009 moved our Mold Production Equipment to Conakry.

PLANNING of production , Creating and Implementing the design and MANUFACTURING

The Mold Production Equipment consisting of the following:

A- 1 Oven( ALUMiNIUM SMELTER)
B- 2 Pantographs
C- 5 Computers for Design Making Aplications and final overview of model production.
D- 3 C N C machines for total DIGITAL out come of the mold production.

In Conakry we added the Shoe Production Machinery.
Consisting of the following :
4 Rotary machines
2 Raw material stabilizers 250 KG / HR
2 Crushers Machines 250 KG / PER HR
1 Press.
2 Generators 300 KVA

-The company employs 20 permanent employees, and about 150 on a temporary 3 shifts per day.

-We produce about 8000 pairs of slippers per day.

-We use 45 tons of ( Recycled ) PVC Plastic per month.

-We export to the following markets ( Sera lion , Guinea Bisau, Gambia).

3 years Plan :

Our 1st year plan is to achieve a production of 18000 pairsof slippers per day.

2nd year is to get to produce 21000 pairs of slippers perday.

3rd year is to get to 24000 pairs of slippers per day.
